Job Summary

Day to day you will be handle incoming contacts via phone email chat and other channels to resolve user inquiries. Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely responses within service level agreements. Maintain a deep understanding of services and products tailored to the electric vehicle industry. Collaborate with teammates and offer support during absences or increased workloads. Fulfill administrative duties such as tracking leave and attending scheduled sessions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives led by your Supervisor or Mentor. Maintain high standards of quality service performance and customer satisfaction.

The package covers full-time 39-hour/week schedule Monday to Friday (09:0018:00). On-site position in central Barcelona or Benalmadena or Valencia in a modern and supportive workspace. - Are proficient or bilingual in Danish and fluent in English. Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment. Possess basic IT knowledge (Windows MS Office internet settings). Show a proactive attitude and enjoy helping people. Are capable of taking ownership and solving customer issues efficiently. Bring experience from the automotive or electric vehicle industry a strong advantage. Are naturally collaborative adaptable and eager to grow
