Connectivity Assistant Intern

Your responsibilities 

Operational implementation of Connectivity 

• Upstream preparation of connectivity offers upstream via Channel Managers (internal setup partner communication and pre-publication validation). 

• Direct relations with hotel partners Channel Manager teams Sales Digital Content & Projects departments. 

• Connectivity control before and during the sale. 

• Putting online and managing VeryChic Tonight content. 

• Creation of extranets. 

Operational set up of Tour Operators. 

• Checking the receipt of TO rates. 

• Communication with TO partners to confirm rates. 

• Creation of TO identifiers. 

Operational implementation of external services. 

• Activation and implementation of external activities. 

• Checking and monitoring their operation. 

Your profile 

• Native French speaker and professional proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus!  

• Graduate or student in E-Tourism Hospitality Business Digital or related fields. 

• Autonomous highly organized and rigorous with high attention to detail. 

• Versatile team player with excellent interpersonal skills. 

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.  

• Previous experience in the travel hospitality or luxury sectors is a plus.
