Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support via phone email and chat.
Assist customers with meal card activation account inquiries balance checks and transaction-related questions.
Guide customers through product features and benefits while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve complex cases.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
What Were Looking For
Native or near-native French proficiency (C2 level).
Previous experience in customer service support or a client-facing role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
