In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing professional support and ensuring a seamless experience with meal card services. If you enjoy problem-solving communicating with people and working in a fast-paced environment this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with meal card activation account inquiries balance checks and transaction-related questions.
- Guide customers through product features and benefits while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
What Were Looking For
- Native or near-native French proficiency (C2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service support or a client-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
