Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients understanding their objectives to develop strategic results-driven PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients through outbound calls; focus on increasing spend and campaign upselling.
- Market Engagement: Engage with the Dutch market to detect customer needs offering adapted solutions and identifying potential future unicorns.
- Account & Database Management: Manage a high volume of accounts and potential clients daily maintaining an updated customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Performance & KPIs: Work consistently to meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term loyalty and satisfaction by building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing timely resolutions to inquiries.
- Strategic Optimization: Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities ensuring high-quality service and sales support.
Requirements
- Education: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
- Languages: C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2 years preferred) with a track record of winning over clients in high-stakes target-driven environments.
- Technical & AI Savvy: Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; experienced in improving CRM systems.
- Dutch Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Dutch business etiquette cultural nuances and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of local regulations specifically GDPR and data privacy to ensure compliant outreach.
