As an AI Security Manager in Barcelona you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Arxada securely adopts and scales artificial intelligence across the enterprise. You will lead the organizations AI security agenda end-to-enddefining strategy setting standards and driving execution in a space that is rapidly evolving. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation tackling emerging challenges such as generative AI agentic systems and autonomous workflows. You will collaborate across business IT and leadership teams to ensure that innovation and security move forward togetherempowering Arxada to go beyond while protecting what matters most.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead Arxadas AI security strategy target architecture and multi-year roadmap partnering closely with senior leadership to drive progress and outcomes
- Define and enforce AI security governance and standards to enable secure-by-design adoption across platforms data and AI solutions
- Build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program covering threat modeling control frameworks monitoring and incident response
- Drive AI risk management by identifying prioritizing and mitigating risks such as data leakage model misuse and prompt injection
- Act as the central point of accountability for AI security engaging stakeholders across business IT Legal and other functions to align on decisions and drive execution
- Translate complex security and regulatory requirements into clear actionable frameworks aligned with business goals
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Information Security Computer Science IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in cybersecurity technology risk or information security with accountability for digital or cloud security environments
- Deep understanding of AI/ML security risks including model misuse data risks and adversarial threats
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication and program management skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact
- Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CISSP
