ADAS&AV Development Engineer

Mission

As Software Developer Engineer member of the Electronics team of the Applus IDIADA Group your mission will mainly be to implement algorithms for different ADAS & AV (ADAS and Automated Vehicles) modules including:

- Perception

- Localization & Mapping

- Planning (route planning trajectory planning)

- Controllers

- HMI

Responsibilities

- Definition of user and functional requirements

- Software for the high level control layer of the functions.

- Create modular/reusable embedded software design along with associated documentation.

- Develop specific test cases and perform unit module and integration software testing along with required documentation.

- Perform required version/configuration management activities.

- Rapid prototyping implementation.

- Control layer validation in SiL / MiL and mule vehicle.

- Support project management.

Additional valued competences

- Control strategies proposal.

- Sensor performance validation.

- Sensor data fusion validation.

- System application and tuning

Qualifications :

Requeriments

Education

- Degree in electronics telecommunications artificial vision robotics machine learning or similar.

Languages

- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Other languages are valued.
