Job Summary

Account Executive Madrid Spain (Hybrid)

Were looking for an Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid Spain.

Location

  • Madrid Spain
  • Hybrid work model
  • Permanent contract
  • No relocation support (candidates must already reside in Spain)

Working Hours

  • Monday Thursday: 09:00 18:00
  • Friday: 09:00 15:00
  • Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred especially during the onboarding period.

Compensation

  • 30000 gross annual base salary
  • Uncapped commission plan
  • Monthly target commission of 600
  • Performance multipliers:
    • 80% target 1.3x
    • 100% target 2x
    • 150% target 3x
  • Additional quarterly commission accelerators for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent English
  • 16 years of experience in Sales BDR SDR Outbound Sales or Call Center.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven sales.
  • Must currently reside in Spain.
