Recruiter [FTC 8 mos]

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements providing market insights and guidance on candidate profiles availability and hiring strategy.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using a variety of channels (e.g. job boards internal databases talent networks and market mapping) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs demonstrating strong research and sourcing capability across relevant talent markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on sourcing approach sharing market feedback and adjusting strategies as needed to improve hiring outcomes.
• Identify assess and present qualified candidates aligned with role requirements ensuring a consistent and objective evaluation process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer development in partnership with hiring managers using market data and internal guidelines to inform recommendations.

Qualifications :

Position Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate RPO or agency setting. 
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
