Experience in financial services PMI (Post Merger Integration) topics ideally on the divestiture side of the M&A operation.
Familiar with IT projects and Korean regulatory constraints.
Project Management role to oversee/coordinate the divestiture operation of one insurance branch from a global bancassurance group.
Fluent/native level Korean and fluency in English are mandatory.
Hybrid work setup (1 day from the office and the remaining days can be remote).
