Hanseo University is one of most prestigious higher education institutions in South Korea and the largest aviation training provider in the country. With its own airfield and a robust pilot training program Hanseo operates more than 30 aircraft including Single Piston Engine Airplanes Multi Engines Turboprops Helicopters and Light Jet (Citation CJ1) and it is supported by its busy and well equipped AMO/MRO.
Tasks
Performe Routine and No-Routine Maintenance on a variety of aricraft operated by Hanseo University Flight School including:
Cessna 172S
Piper Seminole PA-44
Beechcraft King Air and 1900
Robinson Helicopter R22
Enstrom Helicopter 480B
Citation CJ1
Requirements
Certification
Valid Aircraft Maintenance License issued by an ICAO Member State under ICAO framework and standards.
Rating/Endorsements to include Piston Engine Airplanes (Airframe and Powerplant). Other ratings are a plus.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a Part-66 License (EASA AUS NZ) TC AME License FAA A&P License or equivalent.
Experience
5 years minimum total experience as a Licensed Technician/Engineer
3 years minimum of total experience on Type Cessna 172 Series
Experience on Cessna 172S Nav III is a plus
High level of competency with Lycoming Engines. Experience with overhaul or heavy maintenance is a plus.
Experience training and/or endorsements in one or more of the following is a plus: Robinson R22/R44 Enstrom 480 RR250-C20 Turbine Piper Seminole PA-44 Beechcraft Turboprop Models Citation CJ1
Other Requirements
Successful applicants must:
Be committed to a high standard of safety and quality
Be able to obtain a Korean AMT License issued by the Korean Office of Civil Aviation within 6 months of employment. Failure to do so will result in inability to renew Employment Contract at the end of the first year
Be able to work individually and within a diverse team
Follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities in order to meet operational objectives
Be willing to learn and receive constructive feedback from supervisors and peers
Show initiative and provide input based on knowledge and experience to constantly improve our operation
Be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to speak Korean is a plus.
