The successful candidate will know how to create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere ensuring guests feel truly at home. A keen eye for detail exceptional organisational skills and a hands-on leadership style are essential.
Requirements
Prior experience and degree in hospitality management ideally as a Department Head (F&B Guest Relations or Housekeeping)
Proven success in creating and operational systems
High emotional intelligence with a proactive solution-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong mentoring capabilities
Highly organised and high quality Breakfast cooking skill and efficient across multiple departments
Confident in delegation and supervision
Fluent in English (Africans and any European language advantageous)
Team player comfortable in a small close-knit team
Willing to be hands-on and take full ownership of the guest experience
