Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and testing to understand user behaviour and needs
- Develop wireframes prototypes and task flows aligned to user requirements
- Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver intuitive digital solutions
- Define interaction models and improve usability across platforms
- Create user personas and translate insights into meaningful design improvements
- Identify and resolve user experience challenges to enhance usability
- Present design concepts and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Degree in Informatics Engineering Computer Science or related field
- 5 to 7 years experience in UX or UI design roles
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful UX and digital design projects
- Experience in user research usability testing and interaction design
- Proficiency in design tools such as UXPin Balsamiq or similar
- Understanding of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex design challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
