Job Summary
Key Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management Retail or related field (advantageous).
- Previous exposure to retail hospitality or operations environment (preferred but not essential).
- Strong ambition to grow into a management role.
- Willingness to learn through structured training rotations and mentorship.
- Ability to work shifts weekends and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic reliability and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities across the business.
- Assist with planning organising and coordinating staff and workflow.
- Help drive achievement of sales service and productivity targets.
- Supervise junior staff and assist with performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and standards.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and operational issues.
- Prepare and analyse basic sales stock and operational reports.
- Participate in training programs coaching sessions and leadership development.
- Support stock control merchandising or service delivery where required.
- Assist in implementing operational improvements and efficiencies.
