Technical Trainer (Mining)

• Design develop and deliver technical training programmes aligned to operational and business requirements.
• Conduct training needs analysis and maintain training plans and skills matrices.
• Coordinate and administer internal and external training interventions and related reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legislative SETA audit and statutory training requirements.
• Implement and monitor skills development and employee development initiatives.
• Manage learnerships apprenticeships internships and other talent development programmes.
• Maintain training records training analytics and reporting to support business requirements.
• Manage learning platforms and support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with operational and support departments to ensure training effectiveness and compliance.

• Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Trade Test Certificate (Advantageous)
• 6 years experience as a Technical Trainer within the mining industry
• 3 years experience inSDF and SETA frameworks.
• Valid Drivers License

• Salary: R500K - R600K P/A
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
