The Opportunity

As aTalent Partner you will play a pivotal role in driving candidate and client engagement across our ecosystem. This is an entrepreneurial high-autonomy role designed for self-motivated recruiters who want the backing of an award-winning brand innovative tools and multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening:Utilize AI-assisted technology and traditional networking to source screen and select top-tier candidates.

Client Engagement:Build long-term consultative relationships with clients supporting their talent executive search and HR consulting needs.

Pipeline Management:Maintain an active pipeline of talent across multiple business verticals.

End-to-End Placement:Facilitate smooth recruitment processes that result in successful lasting placements.

Who You Are

Experienced:Proven success in recruitment talent acquisition or executive search (commission-based experience is a plus).

Forward-Thinking:Tech-savvy comfortable leveraging modern recruitment software AI tools and digital platforms.
