Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitabilityLead train schedule and motivate team members to achieve high performanceEnsure outstanding customer service and handle escalated customer queries professionallyMonitor and drive sales performance upselling initiatives and promotional campaignsEnsure strict compliance with health safety and food hygiene standardsManage stock levels ordering stock rotation (FIFO) and minimize wastageConduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepanciesControl costs including labour food and operational expensesEnsure proper cash handling procedures daily cash-ups and bankingMaintain store cleanliness equipment maintenance and brand presentation standardsRecruit onboard and develop staff in line with company valuesManage employee performance discipline and attendanceImplement and monitor operational policies and proceduresLiaise with suppliers contractors and head office where necessaryAnalyse sales reports and operational data to inform decision-makingPlan staff rosters effectively based on trading patterns and business needsDrive local store marketing initiatives and community engagementEnsure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately and securelyHandle audits and ensure the site is always audit-readyIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and operations
