Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned site in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed quality standards and client expectations.
- Lead supervise coach and develop site-based employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation company policies and client requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments toolbox talks and safety inspections.
- Manage inventory equipment and consumable stock levels.
- Monitor budgets control costs and minimise wastage.
- Prepare operational safety and management reports.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges.
- Conduct performance management coaching and disciplinary processes where required.
- Ensure all documentation records and compliance requirements are accurately maintained.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Supervisory or Management Qualification.
- Occupational Health and Safety Qualification.
- First Aid Level 1 Certificate.
- Hygiene and Deep Cleaning qualification or relevant training.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience within the Hygiene Cleaning or facilities management industry.
- 5 years management experience will be advantageous.
- Experience managing large operational teams and client contracts.
- Experience working within a regulated environment such as airports or similar high-security facilities will be advantageous
