Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Watering as per specimen needs
- Pruning and shaping as needed
- Correct Positioning of specimens and containers if applicable
- Cleaning of foliage /leaves.
- Disease identification /prevention
- Bark/Pebbles/Soil levels at correct levels
- Ensure all caps and plugs are in place.
- Ensure correct placing of plants and pots as per the survey.
- Ensure clients premises are left clean and orderly.
- Report any complaints immediately using Concept or telephonically to immediate manager.
- Cleanliness of allocated facilities
- Tools and Equipment inventory
- Order Plant Replacements timeously to prevent client dissatisfaction and the recovery of the said plant
- To always wear full uniform and PPE equipment as issued
- Recording of all service details and stock pertaining to maintenance on sites
- Reporting of all/any discrepancies relating to stock belonging to Servest or the Client
Minimum Requirements
- Sound knowledge of interior /exterior plants Qualification at NQF minimum standard
- Must be able to read write and speak English.
- Must be physically fit
- Available to work overtime.
- Basic Horticultural Practices in the daily weekly monthly maintenance of interior plants
- Knowledge of Greenhouse Tunnel operations
- Brush Cutter Operative
- Tractor Driving
- Irrigation systems
- Chemical Spraying Equipment
