Matric (Grade 12)
4 - 5 years experience in a Senior Bookkeeper role
Previous motor trade experience in a similar role is essential
Experience working on Evolve is essential
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls

- Prepare reconcile and maintain the accuracy of General Ledger accounts
- Review verify and authorise creditor reconciliations and payment batches
- Capture review and validate payroll information for salary processing
- Assist with month-end close activities and the preparation of financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Provide ad hoc accounting reporting and administrative support to the finance team as required
