- Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Statistics Mathematics Finance or related field (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years years experience as a BI Analyst Business Analyst or Data Analyst in fintech financial services credit or collections environments
- Strong understanding of credit risk collections operations or financial data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills and strong reporting capability
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement ability
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
