Our client produces RF technologies and systems that connects Wifi 5G LTE and broader wireless connectivity for local and predominantly markets specifically in the North America Asia Mid East New Zealand &most countries in EU. Their team is ready to welcome a new Leader with BEng/BTech Electronics degree and extensive experience managing RD teams within electronics or mechanical productsmanufacturing spaces. For you to take over this here you will require about 10-15 years of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams tasked to designand manufacture products which are designed and built both mechanically electronically from concept to industrialization. The role is a full line management function therefore entailingstrategic leadership hiring mentoring overseeing productivity team development and group offers opportunities for further growth on their executive level should you eventually prove yourself to be a star manager whose value add cannot be ignored especially along the teams who are happy to deliver through you and for you.
