Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
BSC degree : QS Construction management or Civil Engineering.
- Project Controls Leadership: Establish and manage robust project controls frameworks across all projects.
- Candy Software Expertise: Lead the deployment training and optimization of Candy software for estimating planning and cost control.
- Commercial Systems Oversight: Drive continuous improvement in commercial systems to support accurate forecasting reporting and risk management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with project managers engineers and commercial teams to ensure alignment of systems with business objectives.
- Data & Reporting: Deliver timely accurate project performance reports to senior leadership.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of project controls professionals fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Proven experience in construction and civil engineering project controls
- Advanced proficiency in Candy software (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of commercial systems project planning and cost management.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive digital transformation and system optimization initiatives
