Job Summary
Job Title: Project Construction Manager
Location: Rustenburg
Job Type: 12 month contract expected to work Full-Time hours (Onsite)
Job Duties:
Overseeing all aspects of a construction project from initiation to completion and handover ensuring its safe completion on time within budget and to the required standards.
Seconded for functional reporting to Operations Engineer carry legal responsibility for the project

o Planning & Scheduling
o Budgeting and Cost control
o Resource management
o Risk management
o Quality control
o Stakeholder communication
o Reporting and documentation
o Problem solving
Required Qualifications:
o Matric with maths and Science
o Trade red seal or Sect 24D with proof of modules completed
o Tertiary Construction Manager Qualification (advantageous)
o Mechanical Engineer / GCC (advantageous)
o Practical experience managing projects in a Metallurgical Plant
Experience:
10 years of experience as a Project Construction Manager
