Programme Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-profile youth employment initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of youth development corporate partnerships and economic growth ensuring that graduates are connected to quality work opportunities that build skills and careers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programme strategies aligned to organisational goals and objectives.
• Lead programme planning governance quality assurance and budget management.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful programme delivery and impact.
• Identify assess and mitigate programme risks issues and dependencies.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships managing expectations and resolving challenges effectively.
• Monitor programme performance through KPIs reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or Programme Management certification (MSP PgMP or similar) will be advantageous.
• Minimum 57 years programme management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex programmes.
• Strong leadership stakeholder management communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically analyse complex information and make sound decisions.
• Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in additional South African languages considered advantageous.
