Job Summary
A global company is looking for a Process Analyst to optimise finance processes end-to-end. This role focuses on documentation implementation and driving real lasting improvements. If this sounds like you apply now and lets connect.
Job Description:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Support the analysis of current finance processes to identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in mapping end-to-end processes using tools such as Visio Miro or similar platforms
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation including SOPs and controlled process libraries
- Assist in gathering cleaning and analysing data to support process insights and decision-making
- Help prepare reporting packs presentations and KPI dashboards
- Coordinate with finance teams to schedule workshops testing sessions and feedback discussions
- Assist in preparing training materials user guides and change communication documentation
- Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification
- Support the adoption of new systems tools and process methodologies
- Contribute ideas and insights to drive efficiency and enhance overall finance operations
Skills & Experience:
- Basic understanding of finance or business processes
- Data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets essential; Power BI a plus)
- Experience with process mapping tools or workflow diagrams
Qualification:
- A degree in Finance or a related field
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles would be advantageous
An Engineering degree or Masters is also considered provided the candidate has relevant experience within a finance environment.
