They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead national operations drive operational excellence ensure SHEQ compliance and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all specialized and contract cleaning operations nationally ensuring efficient planning resource allocation service delivery and continuous operational improvement.
- Manage and develop operational teams while maintaining strong client relationships conducting site visits and supporting business growth through exceptional service delivery.
- Drive SHEQ compliance technical execution contract profitability cost control and operational performance across all sites and contracts.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering Industrial Chemistry Mechanical Engineering Production/Operations Management or related technical field.
- Facilities Management qualification or exposure advantageous.
- 58 years experience in an operations or Operations Management role within specialized cleaning contract cleaning industrial services or related sectors.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and field-based teams.
- Experience servicing petrochemical food & beverage industrial and/or FMCG clients.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals specialized cleaning equipment and operational methodologies.
- Solid understanding of contract financial management budgeting costing and margin control.
- Strong SHEQ knowledge with working knowledge of the OHS Act.
- ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and HACCP exposure advantageous.
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel nationally.
