Position: Operations Assistant
Reports to: CEO
Location: Remote Full-time (US hours)
Role Summary
Were hiring a mid-senior level Operations Assistant to act as a strategic execution partner to the CEO of a mission-driven nonprofit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments brings structure to ambiguity and can independently drive complex initiatives from idea to completion.
Youll play a key role in translating vision into actionable plans managing multiple priorities simultaneously and ensuring consistent operational progress across organizational projects and property initiatives.
What Youll Do
- Own and drive projects end-to-end from planning through execution
- Break down complex ideas into clear actionable steps
- Track priorities deadlines and stakeholder accountability
- Coordinate vendors contributors and external partners
- Build systems and SOPs for recurring workflows
- Provide executive support including scheduling and logistics
- Oversee project-based property operations and renovations
What Were Looking For
- 3 years in operations project management or executive support
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly proactive detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace and ClickUp
