The Role:
As a Management Accountant youll play a key role in partnering with operations and finance teams to deliver accurate reporting cost analysis and financial insights within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Costing variance analysis and margin analysis within a manufacturing setting
- Assisting with budgeting forecasting and financial planning
- Monitoring and improving cost efficiencies across production
- Inventory analysis and stock reconciliations
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial controls
- Partnering with operations to drive performance and profitability
What Youll Bring:
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA articles
- 25 years experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of:
- Cost accounting and stock processes
- Bills of materials (BOMs) and standard costing
- Financial reporting and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Syspro or similar) preferred
