Quick2start is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the efficient movement of goods inventory management and administrative logistics functions. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating deliveries maintaining records and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor deliveries and collections.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Assist with receiving and dispatching goods.
Prepare logistics documentation and reports.
Track shipments and delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers transport providers and internal departments.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Capture and update logistics data on company systems.
Assist with procurement and supply chain activities.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Diploma or Certificate in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field will be advantageous.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
