Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality meals fast foods snacks and sandwiches in accordance with Tsebo standards and client requirements.
- Maintain exceptional food hygiene safety and cleanliness standards in line with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Support stock control processes including stock counts stock rotation and minimizing wastage.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure all customers are greeted warmly and assisted in a professional friendly and courteous manner.
- Consistently provide service excellence in line with Tsebos customer experience standards.
- Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining quality consistency and presentation standards.
- Adhere to loss prevention and stock management procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Comply with Tsebo policies procedures and workplace standards of conduct at all times.
- Undertake additional duties within the scope of the role as reasonably required by management
