The Role
The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the firms expanding project portfolio. This position provides exposure to a diverse range of developments and offers the unique opportunity for occasional travel to the companys head office in Namibia and various project sites.
For candidates who are not yet professionally registered the firm provides a structured and supportive environment offering the necessary mentoring and training required to achieve professional status.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the delivery of comprehensive Quantity Surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.
Supporting senior team members with cost planning estimates and feasibility studies.
Preparing tender and contract documentation.
Conducting site measurements valuations and assisting with final accounts.
Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-standard project delivery.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience specifically within a Quantity Surveying practice.
Registration: Professional registration is not required at this stage; the firm is prepared to support the final mentoring and training for registration. Candidates who are newly registered and seeking a growth-oriented platform will also be considered.
