Job Summary

Job Description:
- Assist with the design and development of fire engineering solutions for building projects
- Support the design of sprinkler systems smoke control and stair pressurisation systems
- Contribute to deemed-to-satisfy and rational fire safety designs in accordance with SANS regulations
- Prepare technical reports drawings and project documentation
- Participate in project coordination site inspections and client meetings
- Assist with tender documentation and contract administration
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Skills & Experience:
- 5 years experience in Fire Engineering within a consulting engineering environment
- Good understanding of SANS fire regulations and fire safety design principles
- Experience with sprinkler systems smoke extraction and fire protection systems
- Strong report writing and technical communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented proactive and passionate about developing your engineering career
- BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
