Junior Finance & Administration Manager - Midrand
Our client a well-established firm based in Midrand is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys being involved in the full finance function within a stock-driven environment.
Our client a well-established firm based in Midrand is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys being involved in the full finance function within a stock-driven environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- 13 years relevant finance experience
- Experience within a stock/inventory environment is essential
- Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full finance function
- Processing and reviewing financial transactions
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Inventory/stock reconciliations and reporting
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- VAT calculations and statutory compliance
- Liaising with auditors and external stakeholders
- General finance and administration duties
