Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Technician to join our team in Paarl.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site technical support.
Troubleshoot hardware software network and connectivity issues.
Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve user incidents.
Install configure and maintain IT equipment and systems.
Support Active Directory Group Policy firewalls antivirus and email security.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN Wi-Fi servers and VoIP systems.
Perform data backups and system maintenance.
Set up new users devices and applications.
Maintain IT asset registers and documentation.
Requirements
Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Active Directory networking and Microsoft environments.
Experience with LAN/WAN Wi-Fi VoIP and server support.
Familiarity with UniFi products and CCTV systems advantageous.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid drivers licence advantageous.
