Job Description:
- Workshop management
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks
- Monitor productivity and quality
- Adhere to housekeeping and standards
- Manage workflow and workshop capacity
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures
- Oversee overhauls of pumps motors and valves
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Hydraulic experience
- 3 years in supervisory role
- Excellent leadership skills
- Thrive under pressure
- Skilled in Marine Hydraulics
Qualification:
- Red seal trade test Fitter/ Hydraulic Fitter/ Mechanical Fitter or Millwwright
