The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant Bachelors degree in Information Systems Human Resources Business Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar role within HR systems
- A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR products and the employee lifecycle
- Expertise in HRIS HCM ATS payroll performance management or learning management systems
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical minds and business stakeholders
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience and a record of delivering complex digital products
- Sharp analytical prioritisation and problem-solving abilities
