The Homeware Manager will oversee the homeware department driving sales managing staff and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily operations and team performance
- Drive sales and achieve targets

- Monitor stock levels ordering and replenishment
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries

Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience in homeware sales in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven with excellent business acumen
- Passion for homeware and interior trends
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
