What you will be doing:
General Maintenance: Perform basic repairs (e.g. fixing locks replacing light bulbs patching walls) and assist technicians with major service work.
Cleaning & Upkeep: Sweep mop dust and clean shared spaces restrooms and exterior grounds. Collect and dispose of waste.
Material Management: Load unload stack and inventory supplies materials and equipment.
Logistics & Setup: Rearrange or assemble furniture and help set up or dismantle equipment for events or renovations.
