Job Summary
Are you a Fire Engineer with a passion for building services and fire safety design This is an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise across multidisciplinary projects contributing to fire compliance and innovative safety solutions.
Job Description:
- Support the design of fire safety and compliance systems for building projects
- Assist with fire protection systems including sprinklers smoke evacuation and pressurisation systems
- Contribute to SANS deemed-to-satisfy and rational fire designs
- Participate in project coordination and technical documentation
- Attend client and site meetings gaining exposure to realworld project delivery
- Assist with tender documentation and project administration
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in fire engineering within the building services environment
- Exposure to SANS fire compliance and fire safety design
- Experience with sprinkler systems smoke control and firefighting equipment
- Strong report writing and technical communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Eagerness to grow technically and professionally
Qualification:
- BEng / BTech Mechanical Engineering
