An established organisation based in Tzaneen is looking for a Financial Manager to take ownership of the finance function and partner closely with leadership to drive performance strengthen controls and support strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded finance professional who is comfortable balancing technical accounting operational finance and team leadership. Youll be at the centre of the business influencing decisions and ensuring financial stability in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full finance function and ensuring financial integrity
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Driving budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Managing cash flow working capital and financial planning
- Ensuring compliance with tax statutory and regulatory requirements
- Strengthening financial controls systems and internal processes
- Leading and mentoring the finance team
- Partnering with operational leadership to support commercial decision-making
- Managing year-end processes audits and stakeholder reporting
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting / Finance (essential)
- Professional qualification advantageous (CIMA SAIPA SAICA articles completed or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Financial Manager or senior finance leadership role
- Strong technical accounting and reporting capability
- Experience managing budgets controls and operational finance processes
- Strong systems and advanced Excel proficiency
- Exposure to fast-paced operational environments advantageous
