Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Develop and execute a 35 year security growth strategy aligned to Group commercial objectives.
- Identify and penetrate priority sectors (e.g. healthcare education commercial property industrial).
- Drive new market entry or geographic expansion strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships (OEMs sustainability partners technology providers).
- Ensure seamless handover from sales to operations with defined governance.
- Participate in contract mobilisation frameworks and sign-off processes.
- Track post-implementation performance against contracted SLAs.
- Establish executive-level relationships with key accounts.
- Implement structured client engagement plans and governance forums.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage strategic renewals and extensions.
- Lead development of integrated security solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure alignment of pricing SLAs and service models.
- Enable differentiation through innovation sustainability and technology.
- Review and approve all major bids/tenders.
- Establish and maintain a robust qualified sales pipeline.
- Drive disciplined use of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) for forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure accurate monthly quarterly and annual forecasts.
- Identify innovative security delivery models (bundled services technology-enabled security solutions).
- Ensure all contracts meet commercial legal and risk requirements.
- Enforce pricing governance and approval frameworks.
- Build a high-performing security sales capability across regions.
- Embed performance management coaching and succession planning.
- Drive alignment to Servest culture and values (CARE framework).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Security Management Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 810 years experience in a senior leadership role with oversight of multi-regional sales/business development teams within Security or related service sectors.
- Experience in driving transformation initiatives market repositioning or new market entry strategies within a highly competitive services environment.
- Experience managing revenue pipelines forecasting accuracy and contributing to budget planning aligned to Business Unit and Group financial targets.
- Strong understanding of manned guarding electronic security systems risk management integrated security solutions control rooms CCTV access control perimeter protection and remote monitoring solutions.
- Strong understanding of contract governance risk management and compliance frameworks within outsourced security solutions and technology environments.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer skills (Ms Office advance Excel Powerpoint)
- Own transport
