- Electrical building services design
- MV and LV reticulation systems
- Lighting and small power design
- Standby generators and UPS systems
- Solar PV and renewable energy integration
- Earthing and lightning protection systems
- Access control CCTV fire detection and data network infrastructure
- Energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Project management contract administration and site inspections
Technical experience may include:
- AutoCAD
- Revit MEP
- Relux / Dialux
- ReticMaster
- ETAP
- PowerCAD
- BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments
- 5 years of electrical engineering design experience
- Consulting engineering or building services experience
- Exposure to large commercial retail industrial or mixed-use developments
- Strong understanding of SANS regulations and industry standards
- Experience producing technical reports specifications and design documentation
- Site supervision commissioning and project coordination experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with clients and project stakeholders
Qualifications:
- BEng / BSc / BTech in Electrical Engineering
- ECSA Registration (PrEng / PrTechEng) advantageous
