Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot desktops laptops applications and network-related issues while delivering professional remote and on-site assistance
• Creating positive user experiences
• Building strong client relationships
• Contributing to a high standard of service delivery

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in a desktop support / IT support role
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills (end-user hardware software networks)
• Work closely with the technical team and management
• Provide day-to-day support to new and existing customers
• Deliver reliable friendly and professional on-site and remote support
• Confident liaising with clients suppliers and internal team members
• Able to clarify expectations diplomatically but firmly
