A well established specialized insurance company based in the Western Cape is looking for a Customer Experience Expert.
Are you strong with customer experience and a night owl This is the job for you. This person will handle insurance claims and resolve service queries to converting quotes into active policies.
This is a office based role and USA working hours apply. Working hours fall between 4 PM and 2 AM.
Requirements:
Matric
Diploma or degree advantageous
Preference given to candidates with strong cycle / bike knowledge
