Job Summary
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Creditors Controller to join a dynamic finance team. This role is responsible for managing the full Accounts Payable function including supplier reconciliations invoice processing payment preparation supplier account administration and supporting month-end financial processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement Operations and Finance to ensure the accurate and timely processing of supplier transactions while maintaining strong internal controls and supplier relationships.
- Matric (Grade 12) essential; a Certificate Diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or Bookkeeping will be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Creditors Accounts Payable or Finance Administration role
- Proven experience with supplier reconciliations invoice processing and payment runs
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes financial controls and VAT requirements
- Experience working on accounting software or ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Experience within a manufacturing chemical agricultural mining or industrial environment will be advantageous
