Required Skills:
35 years experience in a manufacturing or operations environment Proven Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement experience Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Kaizen and 5S knowledge Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar is advantageous) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Engineering Operations or related qualification Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Someone who enjoys taking ownership and delivering measurable results
Required Education:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering Operations or related field
