About our client.. A mid-to-large fully integrated agency is looking for a Content Creative to join their retail team. This role is all about conceptualising shooting and editing content that brings clients campaigns to life across social media digital retail promotions and brand initiatives. If youre a strong storyteller with a sharp eye a feel for social trends and the ability to produce high-quality content at pace this ones for you.
What the job involves..
Developing engaging content ideas aligned to campaign objectives brand strategies and retail promotions
Creating content for Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube and other digital channels
Translating briefs into compelling visual and video content that drives engagement awareness and sales
Planning and executing content shoots: product lifestyle behind-the-scenes and campaign content
Capturing high-quality photography and videography on professional equipment and mobile devices
Managing shoot logistics styling props and content planning
Editing video for multiple platforms and formats with basic retouching colour correction sound editing and motion graphics where needed
Staying on top of social trends platform updates and emerging formats and spotting opportunities for reactive trend-led content
Using AI-powered tools to enhance content ideation creation and production workflows and sharing learnings with the wider creative team
Collaborating with Creative Directors Designers Copywriters Account Managers and clients
Assisting with content calendars planning and managing multiple projects and deadlines
Organising and maintaining content libraries and asset management systems
What you need to be considered..
2-4 years experience in content creation social media or a creative agency environment
Strong photography and videography skills
Proficiency in content editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut After Effects Photoshop or similar
A strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
A portfolio link must be included in your CV showing social-first content short-form video and campaign work. No portfolio no response

Have worked on retail or FMCG brands
Bring motion graphics and animation skills
Have experience with influencer and creator content
Know your way around AI-powered content creation tools and workflows
