Job Summary
Are you a C&I Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial environments and a passion for optimising control systems This role offers the opportunity to work on complex process systems improve plant performance and deliver reliable automation solutions within a technically advanced engineering environment.
Job Description:
- Design develop and maintain control and instrumentation systems
- Support plant operations by ensuring optimal system performance and reliability
- Develop control philosophies logic and instrumentation specifications
- Monitor and troubleshoot control systems to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to resolve system issues
- Assist in system upgrades modifications and optimisation projects
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and industry standards
- Conduct system testing commissioning and performance validation
- Interpret technical drawings P&IDs and control system documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on process improvements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a C&I Engineer
- Experience in the mineral processing and/or mining industry
- Strong knowledge of control systems PLCs and instrumentation
- Experience with process control and plant automation systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimise industrial control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- BEng / BTech Degree in Electrical Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
