- Design and maintain end-to-end architecture for business systems ensuring seamless integration across platforms
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and oversee system integration strategies across internal and external environments
- Establish and enforce architecture standards governance frameworks and compliance measures
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency
- Lead and support Business Intelligence team initiatives and deliverables
- Prepare and present technical reports to IT Steercom and other stakeholders
- Maintain detailed system documentation architecture diagrams and roadmaps
- Collaborate with developers IT teams and business units to ensure successful system implementation and support
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field advantageous (equivalent experience and certifications considered)
- Experience: Minimum 58 years experience in IT architecture or systems design roles
- Proven experience working with ERP CRM and enterprise integration platforms
- Strong understanding of system architecture principles cloud technologies and API integrations
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Competencies: Strategic thinking business acumen adaptability and innovation
- Non-negotiables: Ability to manage multiple integrations enforce governance standards and deliver scalable solutions
