About the Role
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing company serving the insurance legal and investigations sectors across North America.
This role is focused primarily on outbound prospecting and appointment setting. The SDR will conduct high-volume cold outreach to generate qualified meetings for senior sales team members. Success in this role comes from consistency confidence on the phone resilience and strong follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospective clients
Generate qualified meetings for senior sales representatives
Follow up with prospects through email and LinkedIn outreach
Build relationships with decision-makers across insurance legal and investigations industries
Maintain accurate prospect and outreach tracking within HubSpot or CRM systems
Manage follow-up conversations from initial outreach through booked meetings
Support outreach tied to conferences events and marketing campaigns
Meet daily weekly and monthly outreach KPIs
Day-to-Day Focus
Approximately 90% outbound cold calling
Approximately 10% email follow-up inbox management and LinkedIn outreach

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
